Announcement – unofficial IDE Alumni LinkedIn group active

The IDE Alumni association has created a LinkedIn group for IDE Alumni. Currently another – unofficial - IDE Alumni group is active on LinkedIn, which is not supported by the TU Delft, the IDE faculty and the IDE Alumni association. We recommend to discard the unofficial group.
Currently a second IDE Alumni group is active on LinkedIn. This is managed by Joost de Ruiter. At the request of TU Delft he recently removed the logo and the name TU, but he still gives the impression to be the IDE Alumni group. We emphasize that Joost de Ruiter is not an alumnus of TU Delft, nor affiliated with the TU Delft, the IDE faculty and the official IDE Alumni association. We therefore recommend not to become a member of this group and ask you to pass this message to fellow IDE Alumni and pointing them at the official IO Alumni LinkedIn group.
