By air

Intenational fligths arrive at Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol) or at Rotterdam Airport. Frequent trains operate between Schiphol and Delft. A trip takes about 30 min. Rental cars are available.

By train

Check the public transport webpages or the railway planner. Get off  the train at Delft Central Station and make sure that you leave the railway station from the main entrance, facing a large square and the city of Delft. Buses (Nr. 40, 51, 69, 121 and 174 to "Delft Zuid", "Rotterdam" or "Zoetermeer") and taxis are available. Go to the university campus near the "Aula" (see campus map).
Alternatively, you can walk from the railway station to the Landbergstraat. When you leave the station turn right and proceed into that direction for some 10 minutes, a canal will be on your left. Then turn left across the bridge and walk another 5 minutes (see campus map) to Leeghwaterstraat and turn left into the Landbergstraat, the IO-building being on your right. Turn right where the building ends. The main entrance is some 50 m further.

By car

On the motorway A13 take Exit 10 (Delft-Zuid TU-wijk) and follow signs to "TU-wijk". When you have descended the exit turn right into the Schoemakerstraat. Turn left at the 3d street (C. Huygensweg). At the end of the street turn right (Mekelweg) and turn left into Landbergstraat. The IO-building is on your left.
